Prof. Stanković is a full time university professor, specialist of sanitary chemistry. His main fields of expertise are food safety, food supplements and food for particular nutritional uses. He is an expert of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), a member of the joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on food additives (JECFA) and national counterpart to WHO for food safety.
He is also a president or member of scientific committees of number of international and national scientific meetings. He has published more than 300 publications in international and national journals, books, monographs and abstract books and done research in several scientific projects.
